Bonatra, a healthtech startup, has announced its acquisition of women’s health and wellness company MyAva, in a move to expand its holistic healthcare programs and become a one-stop platform for the management of chronic health conditions. MyAva is a femtech startup that provides curated programs and personalized plans to help women manage chronic health conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, and more.
Meanwhile, Bonatra is an IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) startup that focuses on treating and managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, PCOD, and obesity, using personalized treatment arrived at after analyzing multiple data points and health parameters using various IoMT devices.
Bonatra, founded in April 2022 by Rahul Kishore Singh (CEO), Manjari Chandra (CMO), Ramanpreet Singh (COO), and Amit Acharya (CTO), integrates clinical acumen with technology to achieve holistic health. Its solutions include personalized, targeted lifestyle, nutritional, and fitness interventions to balance hormones and supplement them with other functional methods such as gut reset, correcting gut dysbiosis, and harnessing natural detox procedures to reduce heavy metal toxicity in the body.
